Build up Terms and Conditions In Magento 2
First, you need to set the text of the terms and conditions in the store backend. Before reaching the framework, you must sign in to your administrator account, and then follow this path to Store> Terms and Conditions. The admin interface is now shown in the picture below.
To make new terms and conditions for your store, select Add New Condition button. Then enter your intent in the following field:
The condition Name, Checkbox Text, Content and Content Height(CSS)
In the Status field, select enable to activate the Terms and Conditions aspect.
Choose Text or HTML in the Show Content as a field to place the appearance.
If you select automatically in the applied field, the terms and conditions of your store are places as your clients have agreed with them. They can set orders without reading your policy.
In contrast, if the applied field is configured manually, your shoppers will want to mark the checkbox to agree with your terms and conditions before completing the order.
Next, select the Store View that you would like to display the terms and conditions and click on Save Condition to finish.
After saving new terms and conditions, navigate to Store > Configuration.
Select Sales > Checkout. Enlarge the Checkout Options section, place the Enable Terms and Conditions field to Yes, and tap on the Save Config button.

At last, tap to enlarge Webnexs option, select One-Step Checkout. In the Display Configuration section, place the Show Terms and Conditions field to In Review Area or In Payment Area to exhibit terms and conditions. Tap on Save Config and the entire configuration is done.
